1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website of Good Life International Employment Agency Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter "Good Life International", "we", "us", or "our"), located at www.goodlifenepal.com.np, or by engaging our recruitment and manpower services, you ("User", "Candidate", "Employer", or "Visitor") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of this website and our services immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, job seekers, employers, and anyone else who accesses or uses our services.

These Terms are governed by the Foreign Employment Act, 2064 BS (2007 AD), the Individual Privacy Act, 2075 BS (2018 AD), and other applicable laws of Nepal.

2. Our Services

Good Life International is a licensed foreign employment agency registered with the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE), Government of Nepal under License No. License No. 17/047/048. We provide the following services:

  • Manpower recruitment — sourcing, screening, and placing Nepali workers with verified overseas employers in Gulf countries (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman), Japan, Malaysia, Israel, and other approved destinations.
  • Demand letter processing — handling and authenticating employer demand documents through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nepal and relevant embassies.
  • Pre-departure orientation — providing mandatory pre-departure training as required by the Government of Nepal.
  • Visa & travel assistance — co-ordinating visa applications, medical tests, and travel arrangements.
  • Documentation support — assistance with passports, labour permits, insurance, and emigration clearance.
  • Employer sourcing — assisting foreign employers in hiring qualified Nepali workers through official and legal channels.

We act as an intermediary between employers and candidates. We are not an employer of workers placed overseas. Final hiring decisions rest with the employer.

3. Eligibility & User Obligations

Minimum Age: Candidates must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum age stipulated for the destination country) to apply for any position through Good Life International. It is unlawful under Nepal law and international conventions to engage minors in foreign labour migration.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times. Submission of fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents (including educational certificates, experience letters, passports, or medical reports) is a criminal offence under Nepal law and may result in immediate disqualification, reporting to authorities, and legal action.

Document Authenticity: All documents submitted — including but not limited to passports, educational certificates, experience letters, medical records, and photographs — must be genuine. Good Life International reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any document and to refuse service if fraud is suspected.

Consent: By submitting an application or inquiry form on our website, you consent to being contacted by our team via phone, email, or WhatsApp for recruitment-related purposes.

4. Service Fees & Payments

Service fees charged by Good Life International are regulated by the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security and the Department of Foreign Employment. All fees are transparent and receipt-based.

  • Fees vary by destination country and job category and are disclosed before any commitment is made.
  • Free or zero-cost recruitment applies for certain destinations and job types as mandated by government policy (e.g., some categories for Malaysia, certain Gulf sectors).
  • Candidates are advised never to pay any undisclosed, unofficial, or advance fee to any individual claiming to represent Good Life International. Good Life International is not responsible for payments made to unauthorised persons.
  • All payments must be evidenced by an official receipt bearing the agency's stamp and authorised signature.
  • Refund policy: Service fees are non-refundable once visa processing or placement procedures have commenced, except as required by Nepal law or where the employer/agency has failed to deliver agreed services.

In the event of a dispute regarding fees, candidates may lodge a complaint with the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) or the Foreign Employment Tribunal, Nepal.

5. Employer Obligations

Employers engaging Good Life International for manpower recruitment agree to:

  • Provide a valid, authenticated Demand Letter duly attested by the relevant Nepali embassy or consulate in the country of employment.
  • Offer employment contracts that meet the minimum standards prescribed by Nepal's Foreign Employment Act 2007, including salary, working hours, accommodation, and benefits.
  • Not engage in human trafficking, bonded labour, or any practice prohibited by international labour conventions (ILO C181, UN Protocol on Trafficking in Persons).
  • Provide accurate job descriptions — misrepresentation of job roles, salary, or working conditions is a serious violation and will result in immediate termination of the agency relationship.
  • Pay the agreed recruitment service fee as per the agreed schedule.
  • Promptly inform Good Life International of any changes in job terms, cancellation of demand, or issues with placed workers.

6. Candidate Obligations

Candidates applying through Good Life International agree to:

  • Attend all scheduled interviews, medical examinations, orientations, and embassy appointments punctually.
  • Undergo mandatory Pre-Departure Orientation Training (PDOT) as required by the Government of Nepal.
  • Obtain valid Labour Approval / Emigration Clearance through the DoFE before departure.
  • Not accept a job or depart Nepal without proper documentation and clearance — "Free Visa / Free Ticket" arrangements outside official channels are illegal.
  • Abide by the laws, customs, and employment terms of the destination country.
  • Not engage in any employment other than what is specified in the employment contract without legal authorisation in the destination country.
  • Notify Good Life International of any issues with the employer or working conditions as soon as they arise.

Good Life International strongly encourages all outgoing workers to register with the Pravasi Nepali Coordination Committee (PNCC) or the relevant Non-Residential Nepali Association (NRNA) at the destination.
