Success Story: 50+ Placements in Saudi Infrastructure Project

A behind-the-scenes look at our recent mass recruitment drive and the successful deployment of workers for a major civil project.

When a leading Saudi construction group approached us in late 2025 with a demand for 50+ civil and MEP workers for a major infrastructure expansion in Riyadh, our team had just three weeks to deliver. What followed was one of the most well-coordinated mass recruitment drives in our agency's recent history. Our team mobilized quickly — posting vacancies across our network, conducting walk-in interviews at our Samakhushi office, and coordinating with regional partners in Pokhara and Chitwan. Within 10 days, we had screened over 300 applicants. We shortlisted 72 candidates and organized structured interviews with the employer's representative. After technical testing and medical fitness screening, 54 workers were selected and cleared. Documentation was processed in parallel — demand letter authentication, individual offer letters, DOFE approvals, and visa stamping — with zero rejections. All 54 workers departed for Riyadh within 21 days of the initial demand receipt. The employer reported full satisfaction with the quality and professionalism of the deployed workforce. This success story reflects what makes Good Life International different: speed without compromise, quality without shortcuts, and a deep commitment to both employer and worker welfare.

Celebrating 34 Years of Excellence in Recruitment

Join us as we reflect on over three decades of connecting top Nepali talent with world-class employers across the globe.

In 1990, Good Life International Employment Agency Nepal Pvt. Ltd. opened its doors in Kathmandu with a simple but powerful mission: connect Nepal's hardworking talent with world-class employers abroad — ethically, transparently, and with care. Thirty-four years later, that mission remains at the heart of everything we do. Over three and a half decades, we have successfully placed more than 10,000 workers across Gulf nations, Japan, Malaysia, Israel, and beyond. From skilled welders on Saudi Arabia's mega-projects to technical interns in Japan's agricultural sector, our candidates carry with them not just skills, but the pride of a nation known for resilience and dedication. We have weathered economic downturns, policy changes, global pandemics, and shifting labour markets — and through it all, our commitment to our clients and candidates has never wavered. Our license (No. 17/047/048) from the Department of Foreign Employment stands as testimony to our compliance and ethical standards. As we celebrate this milestone, we are reminded that every number in our statistics represents a real person — a father providing for his children, a mother building a future, a young professional starting their international journey. These stories are the reason we come to work every day. Thank you to our clients, our partners, and the thousands of workers who placed their trust in us. Here's to the next 34 years.

New Partnership with Japan Technical Intern Program

We are proud to announce a new strategic mandate for technical internship placements in the Chiba and Osaka regions of Japan.

Good Life International is proud to announce a strengthened strategic mandate for Technical Intern placements under Japan's Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) and the newer Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) scheme. Following years of successful placements in Chiba, Ibaraki, and Kanagawa prefectures, we have formalized agreements with several new Japanese supervising organizations (kankō dantai) and direct employers — expanding our capacity to place Nepali workers in agriculture, food processing, construction, and manufacturing sectors. What sets this program apart is the rigor of preparation. Candidates go through Japanese language training (targeting JLPT N4), skills testing, and cultural orientation before departure. We work with JITCO-registered supervisors to ensure compliance at every stage. The Japan program offers some of the highest earning potential for Nepali workers, with monthly incomes of NPR 120,000–180,000 — along with health insurance, housing, and a pathway to longer-term residency under the SSW category. Interested candidates are encouraged to attend our Kathmandu orientation sessions. Contact us for the next schedule.
