Employer Flow

Process for Employers

Step 1
Demand Letter Submission
Employer sends an authenticated demand letter specifying job titles, quantity, salary, benefits, contract period, and accommodation details.
Step 2
Agreement & MOU
Both parties sign a service agreement / MOU clarifying scope, fees (if any), timelines, and terms.
Step 3
Candidate Sourcing
We activate our sourcing network — database, field agents, referrals — and gather a shortlist of suitable candidates.
Step 4
Trade Testing & Interviews
Practical trade tests at our facility + structured interviews. Test results and CVs sent to employer for approval.
Step 5
Offer Letter Issuance
Employer provides signed offer letters for selected candidates, specifying employment terms.
Step 6
Visa Application
Employer (or their PRO) applies for work visas. We coordinate documentation from the Nepal side.
Step 7
Medical Examination
Workers attend GAMCA/WAFID-approved medical centre. Medical fit report sent to employer.
Step 8
DOFE Approval & Attestation
Nepal government DOFE approves the demand. Documents attested by relevant ministries.
Step 9
Pre-Departure Orientation
Mandatory orientation for all workers before departure.
Step 10
Departure & Deployment
Workers depart on scheduled flights and begin employment.
Candidate Flow

Process for Candidates

Step 1
Registration
Visit our office or apply online with your CV, contact details, and skill information.
Step 2
Initial Screening
Our recruiters review your profile and call you for a preliminary telephone interview.
Step 3
Office Interview
Attend interview at our Samakhushi office. Bring original documents for verification.
Step 4
Trade Test
Technical roles require a practical skills test at our trade test center. Results in 1–2 days.
Step 5
Document Collection
We provide a complete checklist. Documents include passport, citizenship, certificates, police clearance, photos.
Step 6
Medical Fitness Test
Attend a government-approved medical center for health assessment. Costs may apply.
Step 7
Visa & Permit
We process your work visa and labor permit coordination simultaneously.
Step 8
Pre-Departure Orientation
Mandatory orientation: destination country briefing, safety tips, contact numbers, employer details.
Step 9
Airport Sendoff
Our team sees you off at Tribhuvan International Airport with final travel documents and support.

All documents are verified, attested, and processed in compliance with DOFE and destination country requirements.
